The Lockyer Valley Regional Council is a local government in the West Moreton region of South East Queensland, Australia between Ipswich and Toowoomba.

Challenges:

The Lockyer Valley Regional Council commissioned Harbak to procure their new waste collection contract which was the amalgamation of two separate contracts into one regional contract.

Strategy:

Our team was involved in the client side procurement of this waste collection contract for Lockyer Valley Regional Council. This process involved the review of the two existing contracts, market sounding, tender preparation, liaising with bid teams, evaluation, and contract award.
