Initial Business Set-up
Who:
Small Project Sales was a start-up real estate agency providing sales coordination services on behalf of developers. They also coordinate the marketing and contract management, and appoint and manage individual real estate agents.
Challenges:
Harbak initiated and organised the initial business set up including accounting, lawyers and the budget.
Strategy:
Harbak assisted with the establishment of the Small Project Sales business and led the establishment (registration, insurance, business planning) of the company. Harbak also provided General Manager services including client management, financial control (P/L) and operational planning.
Results:
In the Small Project Sales’ first year of operations, Harbak helped build a profitable and sustainable business.
