Case Study: Aspect North View.

Who:

Aspect North View are developing a 100-lot residential subdivision on Queensland Sunshine Coast.

Challenges:

Aspect North View initially had a slower rate of property sales and many of the team members worked in isolation, which was creating issues with communication amongst the team.

Strategy:

Harbak was commissioned to provide sales coordination and project management services in order to increase the rate of sales, and better coordinate the project team (planning, legal, construction management and surveying).
